Alongside our recent announcement of Carnival coming to ClownerCraft on July 1st, we’re also sadly today announcing the closure of two of our servers.
On July 17th our Skyblock and Parkour servers will be closing down.

The reasons behind this decision are different for each server, so I’ll try to shed a little more light on our thought process:

Parkour will be closing since we plan to incorporate parkour into a future carnival update. The exact plans are still work in progress, so watch this space.

Skyblock, on the other hand, is closing because we struggled to make it stand out and offer a truly unique gameplay experience compared to other servers. We try our best to ensure that all our servers give a unique experience to playing the game, with our internal motto of ‘Be different and Encourage Creativity.’ Skyblock has never quite lived up to that.

The main member of our team that had worked on skyblock initially has since stepped away, and we’ve decided we’d rather focus our attention on other projects – instead of working on more content for skyblock. After the initial wave of attention, interest in skyblock seems to have died off, which is another factor in our decision to close it.

The world will be made available for download for anyone who wishes to keep their island – please make a note of your coordinates before July 17th.
